Very disappointing experience. I spent hundreds of dollars on leads that never became real customers. Many never responded after I paid, yet I was still charged. When I requested refunds, most were denied. Now I’m told that if I close my account, my remaining account balance is non-refundable. In my experience, this platform cost me a lot of money with very little value. I would not recommend it.

A’licia was very thorough in asking about any injuries and areas of pain and took extra time on these areas. She also gave a very relaxing body massage and showed me how to do stretches that would help tight areas. Can’t wait until my next massage from her!

I was charged 42. lead fee for a client who never showed for the consult. (Online). When I requested a refund because the appointment never happened, they refused saying you don't get a refund, even if your client doesn't show. So not only did I not get paid from client, I'm out 42. I have been with thervo for years, but whoever has taken over are crooks. I'm even wondering if they make the "leads" themselves, just so they can charge you when your client never shows! I have deactivated my account with them.

Yes I was able to find the provider. Usually it’s hard a lot of fakes on here. I finally got lucky.

Provider arrived on tome and she gave a great massage. I will most assuredly book another massage with her.

Thervo is an app the has a lure to actually finesse you out of money regardless if you know it or not . There is no policy or guideline stating that you can’t give your number to a lead on the app (which makes sense) so the best method is to reach out and direct the lead to not message you back through thervo (bc they will charge you if a lead messages you back ) . The leads know you will be charged if they message you back . Ive told leads verbatim “hey contact me at this number and please dont message me back on thervo as They will charge me “. Tell me how 100% of people who are leads in thervo will make sure to message you back in the app just so thervo will charge you . Out of 20 leads I contacted 100% of them messaged me back on thervo and 1 was an authentic person looking for a massage .10 Of them with this exact response “I have chosen to go with a different direction” . Thervo is hiring bots to make sure to answer to quotes you send them so you get charged but not actually choose your service . Imagine texting somebody and telling them to call you becuase you will be charged if they text and they text you “okay good what your number” and you tell them “Im texting you from it . Please call me and stop texting Im being charged 29$ everytime” then they reply “oh okay what time is best to call?” Youre like”now” and they text back “okay give me 10 minutes” 10 minutes later they text you “ should I call now “ and you are like “yes” then they say “i am going in a different direction “ . It’s scammy and sketchy and you are being charged . I hope this is helpful

Thervo has rolled out updates to its new platform and AI system; however, alongside these changes, the company has drastically hiked the fees that professionals must pay to acquire customer leads. Consequently, professionals who genuinely aspire to build their businesses in good faith now find themselves in an inexplicable and deeply distressing predicament: they are receiving a multitude of leads, yet virtually none of them ever translate into actual work. The fees associated with these leads range from $15 to $20 per inquiry. Of course we’ll pay reasonable fee if received real work! If this situation persists, these professionals face financial ruin. Although "Direct Leads" are billed automatically, the site simultaneously forwards these same inquiries to several other professionals; therefore, they are not truly "direct" leads at all. Furthermore, the vast majority of these leads cannot even be verified. The company is also highly reluctant to issue refunds. if pro not pay our profile can’t update to publish page! Far from supporting the growth of professionals' businesses, this system appears solely intent on extracting fees from them. I checked during a year It has reached a point where it can only be described as "harassment." Hard working professionals are now confronting an extremely grave situation in which they are utterly unable to secure any work. While Thervo claims to have a refund policy in place, the ultimate decision regarding whether or not to actually issue a refund rests entirely at their sole and arbitrary discretion. It is truly a shame especially given the vastness of the market that we cannot simply grow and thrive together.
