I went through the process of setting up my business profile, I specifically chose the area that I was willing to auto pay for leads on. I also specified our services. Within less than 24hrs I had two leads, I was charged $42 for each lead automatically. However 1 of the leads I was charged for was outside of the state that I provide services which put it outside of the area that I approved for automatic charge and the second lead I didn't get a chance to even find out if they were looking for our services, just the fact that I responded to the message automatically meant that I was charged $42, it turned out the person didn't want the type of services that we can provide. Honestly there are much better was that I could have spent these $82. They have so many loopholes to justify why you shouldn't get a refund. At the end of the day this is a total Scam. If you really want to get your business out there, this is not the way to do it.

Awful site. I received an email from them with two massage pros and when I click on either it takes me to the site's search page. Waste of time.

In my experience, Thervo's billing practices have been very disappointing. Even after I disabled the marketing feature attached to my credit card, I was still charged. I am a Florida Certified Massage Therapist, and I joined Thervo to build my professional practice. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected the professional environment I expected. Over the past three weeks, I reported multiple concerns to Thervo but did not receive a response. Instead of addressing my concerns, my provider account was disabled. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform to massage therapists who are looking to grow a legitimate, professional practice. I was seeking a marketplace that supports licensed professionals, but my experience did not meet those expectations.

I have waited for the Therapist Helene- outside the office at 1710 Colorado Avenue but it is locked. I tried calling and left a message but she still hasn’t called me back so I’m going to leave, after waiting 10 minutes.

Very disappointing experience. I spent hundreds of dollars on leads that never became real customers. Many never responded after I paid, yet I was still charged. When I requested refunds, most were denied. Now I’m told that if I close my account, my remaining account balance is non-refundable. In my experience, this platform cost me a lot of money with very little value. I would not recommend it.

I was charged 42. lead fee for a client who never showed for the consult. (Online). When I requested a refund because the appointment never happened, they refused saying you don't get a refund, even if your client doesn't show. So not only did I not get paid from client, I'm out 42. I have been with thervo for years, but whoever has taken over are crooks. I'm even wondering if they make the "leads" themselves, just so they can charge you when your client never shows! I have deactivated my account with them.

It's only 1 star because thervo was good in the past. However, lately it feels like owners are scamming everybody because itbqas a good communication as far as between potential clients therapist, till you text the phone number of customer; they don't respond. It did not only happen twice, but 4x. You'll need to change your methods Thervo. For any potential clients, just go to google and check out therapists reviews then make your decision by contacting them directly. No info needed until you start to actually book your session.

If it worked correctly, it would be a great website, but it doesn't. You pick massage therapists that you want to use and send out a request, but Thervo sends out a request to everyone who might be interested, even the ones you don't pick. I've even had people respond to my request whom I've blocked in the past. It doesn't work correctly. Also, keep in mind that when you send out requests, your information is out there, so people you block can still see your information. Also, they don't have a direct contact number or email, which is always a huge red flag. They use some basic AI customer service chat to answer questions. I asked it why a service provider can still contact me if I blocked them, and it said they can contact me if they responded to my request in the past, even if I didn't hire them. So what's the point of the block option? It's ridiculous.
