Very annoying business, we purchased a rug on Etsy, which the total cost would normally cover all postage and taxes. We are now being hounded by Fedex for an extra £60. Despite being told this would be sorted out, it has not been sorted now 8 weeks later. 4 letters from Fedex so far, what are you guys playing at?

I received absolutely no information since I placed the order. Your email distinctly says that once the order is processed value, you will get the shipping tracking next, etc. information got nothing I have been worried about this so I attempted to go on your website and called the number listed. It won’t dial I’ve been unable to contact you, so I have no idea what’s going on with this order.

Hi Patricia, Sorry for the inconvenience. As soon as you placed the order, the order confirmation was emailed to you. The order was placed on 17th November, the rug was dispatched on 21st November. 18th was Saturday and 19th was a Sunday. The rug is scheduled to be delivered on Monday 25th. We share the tracking details once the item is shipped out. We are not sure what else information we could have shared with you. Thank you
