My experience when dealing with this company was excellent. They were courteous, helpful and prompt. The rug I ordered was exactly as was shown on their site and is of excellent quality!

Very good experience: the rug was designed to my specific measurements and arrived in good time. Looks beautiful.

Extremely happy with our rug. The quality is out of the park for the price. Would definitely use them again.

At first I wasn't sure the rug would look match the colors in my office; however, it looks perfect and love it. The colors are extraordinary and customer service was amazing.

The rug was ordered and shipped to Australia. I wasn’t sure what I would get but pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rug…absolutely what was hoped for. I will definitely order again from the rug decor. Thanks

The did a great job resoliving one small issue and I love the rug A+

Good quality rug. Design identical to photo. Quick delivery. Parcel well packaged. Delighted. Definitely recommend.

I received my rug from The Rug Decor and it’s even better than in photos. It’s absolutely beautiful, so soft and the pile is thick enough that it’s comfortable and plush under our feet. The customer service was great and the shipment was sent and received very quickly! Will definitely shop there again.
