The Rug Decor has been our go to source for rugs! The customer service and quaility and ability to customize sizes has been unmatched! Highly recommend!

Therugdecor.com was very helpful in working with us on a custom-size rug. They provided useful layout proofs, and communicated clearly. The finished product arrived in a timely way and is even nicer than we hoped. Very happy.

Beautiful rug! It was made to order so of course it took about two months but it was worth it. I feel like some complaints here come from people not reading the full shipping agreement which states it takes 20-45 business days. You do have to search for it a little. They were right on the money because it took mine about 23 days to get to me. Again, it’s really gorgeous, especially for the price!

The rug arrived well wrapped for it's voyage from overseas. The quality is as described and the colors are saturated , beautiful and look like the photo. The lead time said 30 days I thought, but my rug was also made to order I think rather than one that was in stock, so it took closer to 60 days to receive it.

Love the rug!

I LOVE MY NEW RUG! They were very responsive to my messages and were kind, direct and honest. I asked for an update and they even told me how many feet left the weavers had to go until completion! The rug arrived on time with 1+ months to spare, via fed ex- it was nice being able to track it the entire way. Their custom designs are unique and their color choices are beautiful. I would order from them again.

I worked with The Rug Decor to have one of their rugs custom made for me in a color scheme and size to work in my space and it is absolutely perfect. They worked with me on color selection, sent me a sample and delivered the rug within anticipated timelines.

Fast shipping and great quality
