It really worked, I didn’t want to try it at first, but now I think I’m going to keep using this

Horrible customer service You guys are nothing but a scam.

I really wanted to belive this was going to do something. I took it in to some friends who run a Cool Cryo spa where they do thermaslim sessions. I let them have my thermaslim to try and look into and they told me "It doesn't really have any technology that will permanently eliminate fat, reduce cellulite, or tighten skin. Maybe temporary changes due circulation improvements and manipulation of the tissue via the suction". So not sure Im going to be keeping it. I was just hoping for the magic fix for my turkey neck and wrinkles haha.

DO NOT BUY!!! There is no customer service. They do not respond to emails or answers their phones!!! AVOID this company!!!

I agree with other reviews - bad customer service. They have a phone number on the website, but it is not a working number. So you can only send emails. I received not nice, snappy responses. When they responded. But if they didn't want to respond, I heard nothing from them. As for the product, if you have any active nerves in your body, don't use this product. I used regularly for 3 weeks until I realized it was creating issues in my body. My legs did feel lighter but appearance did not change. And my legs are back to where they were before I used the product. I emailed before 60 days to ask for a refund, but of course, no response from them. And again, I cannot call them. But, I THINK I had to ship the product back to them in 60 days to get the refund? Really?

I had no problems with this company. Which has not been the case with most everything from other companies. Customer service has been excellent. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. The quality of this device is through the roof. I haven't had it for a long time but I am very satisfied. Thank you for reaching out to me.

My thighs used to look terrible. Now they're smooth enough that I'm not embarrassed at the pool anymore.

It's working but slower than I hoped. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. Cellulite is definitely less noticeable though.
