I returned products to Thermoslim and received confirmation from USPS tracking that the company received my items on May 20th, 2026. I did not receive my refund until July 19, 2026. The phone number listed on their website was never answered, so the only way to contact the company was by email. During the 2 months it took to get my money back, their email communication was inconsistent and therefore, very frustrating.

I ordered Thermoslim Body Oil on May 2nd with an expected delivery date of up to 10 days. However today, June 12th, the order has still not been delivered. I have contacted the company several times and each time I am told “it’s on the way”! I have now requested a refund twice to no avail! In my personal opinion, I would NOT recommend using this company.

The company advertised money back guaranteed if not satisfied. I was not satisfied with the product and sent an email, returned the whole product package back. Emailed the tracking label and emailed when the shipment was delivered and still no refund. I’ve tried calling the phone number on the company website which does not work. It’s now been over a week since the package was delivered and I haven’t heard a word or seen a refund and I do not have the product. There is zero customer service.

Be careful when ordering this product - I ordered the product - which I received n then they sent me an email asking if I wanted to signup for a subscription and if so to click on it - I did not click on it but they still took monies from my account n sent a 2nd bottle out my bank has done a chargeback n even thou iv sent them several emails they don’t even read them but ask if I would accept a refund of £5 to keep the product or I have to send the product back to California n pay for it tracked for a full refund - trying to scam me

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM THERMOSLIM!!! Never recieved product. Customer service non-existent. They took my money but never delivered product. Not very confident that refund will even be granted judging by their response so far.

Scam Company, ordered one bottle then found once received they have put my bank details down for a subscription without my consent which is illegal, tried to cancel but now have a second bottle arriving. Contacted bank and have also reported this to the American FTC to make others there aware. Each email sent to them states we will get back to you in 24-48 hours but what’s the bet they don’t reply. They don’t even warrant a one star.

Do not purchase anything off this company. I purchased a one time payment product and they signed me up for a subscription. I have attempted to contact the company but coincidentally am unable to get through. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.
