Disappointed that gel was not included as pictured. Apparently, did not choose starter pack and picked device only. However, the images showed gel. Make sure to click starter pack! It arrived fine. Looking forward to results.

The device shipped quickly, but the imagery on the website is misleading. I thought I was getting a bundle with the device & gel from the image included on the website, in my order confirmation & shipping confirmation emails, but when I received the box without the gel, the company said I only ordered the device by itself. Buyer beware to read the description of what you’re ordering.

The ordering/shipping process was fine. Item came well packaged. I have not been using it for very long, but I think the idea is there and will work with long term use. My only issue is that the controls are in a bad spot. When using thermoslim my hand touches the controls and either turns it off or really amps up the controls.

I really wanted to belive this was going to do something. I took it in to some friends who run a Cool Cryo spa where they do thermaslim sessions. I let them have my thermaslim to try and look into and they told me "It doesn't really have any technology that will permanently eliminate fat, reduce cellulite, or tighten skin. Maybe temporary changes due circulation improvements and manipulation of the tissue via the suction". So not sure Im going to be keeping it. I was just hoping for the magic fix for my turkey neck and wrinkles haha.

My thighs used to look terrible. Now they're smooth enough that I'm not embarrassed at the pool anymore.

It's working but slower than I hoped. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. Cellulite is definitely less noticeable though.

Working but very slowly. Maybe my cellulite was too severe? Still using it and seeing some improvement.

Not the fastest results but they're real. Cellulite is gradually disappearing. Keep using it.
