This turns up - eventually in a plain white box - with a plain bottle - no ingredients anywhere. Who would risk putting that on their skin I was advised I could return but returning to the USA would cost more that the product One big scam

Do not order from this company. I ordered the product and after a two week week received something that looks entirely different. The product was not an oil, there was no ingredients on the bottle, no manufacturer details, no directions. Looks a cheap bottle and could literally be anything in there. I’ve contacted the company and requested a full refund. Shocking experience.

I still have not received a resolution to receiving the wrong order. They have my $89, but I have to remove a negative comment BEFORE they will refund my money. This does not make sense to me. Never have a dealt with a company like this. I doubt very seriously I will ever see a resolution to this. They have my money, but I never received the product I ordered, something completely different that I would never consider ordering…..go figure…..

Botanical oil!! Never seen oil and doesn’t even look similar to what is advertised. The product is sent from the UK but to return it sent back to calfornia for a refund! Stay clear of this company.

Would give no stars if possible. Used for maybe a week and got an itchy rash everywhere I used it. Their customer service originally offered me a full refund thinking I'd already put a bad review on but when I said I hadn't now they're just not interested. A week after stopping use my skin is still damaged. AVOID

Ordered the body oil and received the bottle with Osea at the top, not Thermoslim, will not be ordering again

Ordered the cellulite oil and used it twice and my skin has had a severe reaction. Only used it on my thighs and upper arms and they are covered in a rash, very itchy. I have contacted ThermoSlim but not received a reply.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful! Shipping was fast, overall good experience!
