You guys sent me this satisfaction survey before I have received a confirmation for email for my actual purchase (which happened a week ago). There is a general warning on the website about delays. But there is no information whatsoever about how long it is supposed to take either with or without delays. I contacted Margaret for customer service who wrote an email sort of insulting my intelligence. (Basically said, I am glad you ordered something, but there is a thing called COVID, didn't you see the big banner on our website?) She did not give me a confirmation email for my purchase or even give me a rough ballpark estimate of when my items might arrive. I understand that they may be delayed 2 weeks, but how long do they normally take? Am I adding two weeks to two day delivery or am I adding two weeks to a normal 4-week shipment turnaround? I understand it is hard right now. I even expect delays, however there has been zero information given to me, or even an attempt to give information.

Best on-line help and instruction I have ever been a part of. Constant videos of easy to understand instructions. The web site artificial intelligence helps me zone in on problems areas and find a path to recovery.

Valuable information for coaches and fitness professionals but videos were a bit too long. Also, the multiple daily emails are what ultimately made me rethink the subscription. Way to much information, I didn't know which emails needed attention so I stopped looking at all of them.
