I've been using the product for over a month and am satisfied with the results so placed another order. Upon reviewing the shipping notification I see it is coming from China. However the website clearly states, "TheraWolf is proudly made in the USA under strict quality control standards. Each batch is produced in small quantities to maintain exceptional consistency and performance." When I questioned customer support I got this reply, "Based on our internal information, the majority of our products - including TheraWolf - are manufactured in China under the oversight of our international team. This allows us to maintain quality while keeping prices reasonable. Shipping directly from our production facility is part of that model, rather than routing through a US fulfillment center, which would raise costs significantly." I don't want to purchase products made in China and the deliberate lie is a deal-killer for me.

Balance being charged should be shown prior to completion of order not after showed a price of 25.90 but got charged 35. For product alot of hidden fees will probably not reorder due to this
