Pretty easy to go thru process! I do not like the small print of the (no thanks ) for additional items and quantities.

The product sounds good but I will hold judgement on that until I receive the product. Web experience could be better by not trying to sell so many things after the initial product - "add this to my order". I just wanted my item. Not every product in the store.

Ordered what I needed and was very Happy with the seller and product. When I received my second order I wrote and instructed to send no more as I was happy with my amount of stock. This was done immediately so in short, good product, good delivery and would recommend this company.

The Do not purchase writing is very tiny and placed just below purchasing option if your not truly careful you will select purchase by mistake that is not good I had to Be very careful when passing on a offer Other then that glad glad they offer products that seem to a actually work from the Rating and comments posted!! Hopefully I hurry up and get my order soon it says 7-10 business days! Shipping and all, I’m excited to try the cooling product! This heat in TN is wild I have never used this product before this is a temporary review I will come back and add my experience and photos of before and after if possible! I placed one order, but somehow six identical orders were processed within about 30 seconds of each other, resulting in $337.00 being charged to my account. I only authorized a single purchase. When I contacted the company, they responded and told me to return the extra items. They never provided a return address, so I returned the packages to the same address they were shipped from. The returns were sent back, but I still have not received my refund. Since then, I’ve made repeated attempts to contact the company, but it’s been virtually impossible to get anyone to respond or resolve the issue. There appears to be no meaningful customer service or follow-up once they have your money. My experience has been extremely frustrating. I was charged for orders I never placed, followed the company’s instructions to return the merchandise, and still have not been refunded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Therawolfe and would urge others to proceed with extreme caution.
