It has been a nightmare ordered June 4th and not received the product. They added neuro balm that I didn’t order. I have called and emailed multiple times and get BS answers. It is stuck in some processing center in South Houston. Fake tracking number not recognized by USPS. I have asked for my money back twice with zip results. So please don’t order it.

It is quick and easy to use this website. I usually have difficulty finding the Therawolf blue balm but todsy i fiund the product easily. Love the balm - can’t sleep without it. It helps calm my shooting nerve pain in my back, neck and legs. Now i can sleep peacefully most of the time.

The buying experience was horrible. Like 10+ pages of additional "offers" to go through before the actual buy stage. They advertise that orders are sent out in 24 hours and that you'll get your tracking # at that time. It took me 4 days of sending emails BEFORE anyone responded. Then it was another 3 days before the order shipped. If this stuff works, I might try more, but if they continue to delay, delay, delay. I'll find somewhere else to go.

Very informative with many upgrades available to help better people's experiences.

The only problem I had is the shipping time. It took several weeks and the tracking information was not up to date.
