User friendly

I've used TherapyNotes for a few years. I like the design of the EHR, but most importantly, their live phone assistance for troubleshooting problems is unparalleled. The customer service reps are consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful. If they can't immediately answer a question, they follow up by email. But I almost always get an answer at the first call. Their phone support hours are so convenient for therapists, and they have a wait time, you can ask for a call back.

Great communication from the representative. I was given clear information on whether a clinician can supervise another clinician who is not credentialed.

Justin made this experience great. He gave me time, walked me through things that I didn’t understand about billing, and updated information to help my future efforts. I left Simple Practice and switched to Therapy Notes because no one ever explained any of this- and never walked me through anything.
