Therapy Notes is a breath of fresh air. I am an older physician transitioning a solo practice from handwritten everything to an electronic medical record that I can use for telehealth and when I travel. Everything I need is pretty much already built into Therapy Notes. Things are easy to edit and user friendly. If you need to use their support people they are available 24/7. The company has the feel of a family business down the street. All the young people on the phone are professional, friendly, never rude, very well informed. I’m so happy that I found them because I started with another product for a month and I nearly tore my hair out. I would recommend this to any of my colleagues.

The Therapy Notes support team is incredible. They Are patient and explain things. Honestly, it would be very difficult for me to do the billing part of my private practice. If it wasn’t for Therapy Notes it is allowed me to be successful and just being able to make a phone call 24 seven is pretty amazing.
