Yesterday, I was trying to Bill for EAP sessions. I called and spoke with therapy notes support. They helped me in so many ways that I didn’t even know I needed help with! Not only did they resolve my concern, they taught me things along the way. My support person guided me step-by-step along the way. She made sure that my concern was addressed to the very end. My practice and business will be stuck in hurting if not for the help that she provided me.

I’ve been using TherapyNotes for about several months and so far I’m very impressed by the company and their EHR. Whenever I’ve had questions I’ve been able to reach a live human based in the US (or possibly Canada) who knows the software in and out as well as some details about the business sides of therapy. They have been very helpful and their policies for different features, including AI features, are transparent and ethically sound. I would recommend TherapyNotes to any other therapist.

I was locked out of my Therapy Notes account. I called the Support line and Joe was able to walk me through the process of sending a Password Reset Request form. Once he received it, he was able to contact me and ask some questions to verify my account. I answered the questions correctly; he was able to approve my request and verify that I could log in again. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Joe was able to help me log into my account so I could get back to my work!
