Solid and Still Improving
Overall a positive and user-friendly intuitive experience. Support is usually very timely and responsive. I've heard of some hiccups/oddities with group charting. Additionally, I have reached out to the company on several occasions about getting pronouns added to clients' charts which seems to still be a work in progress.

Still poor calendar setting system for therapists.
Overall Therapy appointment is wonderful for Therapist to use. Unfortunately setting calendar remains a problem, and really needs to be corrected to allow therapist to add appointments without having to start all over again!! Cts also need to have ability to sign telehealth release and not be told appointment is in person! Therapist don't all use Therapy appointment zoom with fees, and clients are confused when they sign up for telehealth but then are told appointment will be in person. Please fix these problems.

THERAPY APPOINTMENT - Great Work!
THERAPY APPOINTMENT is easy to use; a quick learn and has great support. I’ve been using it for 3 months. It is much easier to learn and use than the previous platform that I used.

I like the new interface and the staff…
I like the new interface and the staff is hard working and kind. There are some things that are not intuitive in the interface and I wish they were.

Therapy Appointment
Therapy Appointment does what it is supposed to do. It has saved me from doing a lot of work on my own. There are some services, I wish Therapy Appointment would provide that could cut down on extra costs that I am spending. (1). Therapy Appointment doesn't have an app. (2). Therapy Appointment doesn't have Wiley notes incorporated and embedded into the notes-taking system. I had to purchase my own. (3). Zoom is not offered for meeting options, only sessions, and I am paying the base fee through Therapy Appointments, that Zoom fees allow you to do. (4). I never get a notification chime that my session is ending. (5). A text messaging system would be fantastic to utilize.
