I have 4 cats and one of my female cat's starting peeing in crevices that I cannot figure out where. I had to deep clean the house and start over. I've tried Feliway and ComfortZone as recommended by my vet. Nothing changed. Then I came across the TheraPetMD ad on Instagram. They were having a huge promotion. I decided to give it a try as I have already spent so much money trying to figure out why my cat was peeing outside of the box. I bought the 4 diffuser kit. I put them out all throughout the apartment. After 9-10 days or so I saw on the camera that my cat was using the litter box again. This thing is amazing and it truly works.

Excellent product that does what it says. My girl hasn’t peed on the carpet since plugging these in. Don’t know how they have done it but thank God they did. Thank you so much 🙏😊

I had some questions before my order was delivered. My email was answered in 24 hours and all my concerns were addressed thoroughly and politely! My products arrived in perfect condition just as ordered.

Although this product didn’t affect the behavior of our cat dynamics where one cat is being bullied by her littermate and our older cat has joined in on the bullying too, the support I got from the folks here was great. We had texting conversations and brainstorming and, when the product didn’t work I received a partial refund. It was helpful that they were good listeners, receptive and supportive.I know that this product has worked for certain situations with cats and it’s worth a try. (Currently we are separating the cats in different rooms when we can’t monitor them to keep the bullying at a minimum as we navigate this situation.)

It's the time of year with busy online shopping and I messaged the support line to make sure any monthly subscription I may have signed up for was canceled as I had enough product on hand for a while. They promptly messaged me back to let me know I was all set! My first order with them arrived damaged so I emailed support with pics and they immediately got back to me with apologies, promising to replace the damaged part asap and I got shipping notice within hours of that email. When the package arrived and it was an entirely new complete order! Now THAT is customer service!!
