I have 6 indoor cats and 2 dogs, one intact. I have tried everything. All kinds of litter, litter boxes, sprays, training - everything. In desperation, I tried this product. Actually was certain it was a scam. I decided to give it a 30 day trail, with 4 diffusers for the cats. Immediate improvement, within 24 hours. I've now been using for 2 months, and then also bought 4 for the dogs. The dogs are 100% and the cats are not 100% but so much better that I no longer need to replace my carpets. I can have company again.

I have a feral cat that I have brought in, these diffusers help keep him calm, especially when the TV is on, so many new and frightening things.

My dog has severe issues with thunder, loud noises, heavy rain hitting the roof etc. Since using Therapet he has had remarkable improvement with these things. Just last night he heard thunder or something, started shaking,panting, heart racing, I didnt know why but then saw where the diffuser was not on. I turned it on and used some of the spray and he calmed right down and slept right through it. Another time right after I started using it there was a sonic boom, which usually set him off, this time no shaking, no drooling, no panting. This has worked wonders for my dog.

I honestly don’t even know where to start, because this product has made such a big difference to us in only a few weeks. My mum bought the diffuser a few weeks ago, and I was hopeful but, to be completely honest, I was doubtful it would work as well as people had said. Within a day or two though, it completely exceeded anything I could have imagined. I used to work in force-free dog training, and even with that background I’ve been struggling so much with my one-year-old beagle, Remus. He has brain damage from ingesting Voltaren cream as a puppy, and he often becomes anxious, forgets to go outside and will have accidents indoors. It’s been exhausting and at times has made me feel like I was failing him. Since plugging in the diffuser, we haven’t had a single accident. That alone feels enormous to us, but it didn’t stop there. Both of my dogs are noticeably calmer when people come into the house, something that used to immediately spike their stress levels. Another huge change we’ve noticed is with Remus forgetting people are in the house. Because of his brain damage, if someone has been out of sight for a while, for example in the shower or in their room while he’s napping or playing, he forgets they’re there and would completely freak out when he suddenly heard them again, but, since using the diffuser, while he still forgets, his reaction is entirely different. He only usually lets out a tiny bark and then just happily re-greets them instead of (loudly) panicking, which has been such a relief to see. Something else that has meant more to me than I can properly explain is that I’m moving to work in the APY Lands next year and will be away for around eight weeks at a time, only home for short periods in between. Because of Remus’ health issues and the lack of veterinary services up there, my dogs will be under my mum’s care almost full time. She works long days, and while I will be organising people to stop in where I can, there will still be times they are alone for longer stretches than I’d like. This was something I was incredibly anxious about and genuinely worried would cause them a lot of stress. Since starting this though, I truly feel at ease knowing they will be happy, settled and okay even when I can’t be there. We also used the spray on their collars and blankets when staying with family over Christmas, which is normally a huge challenge. My dogs are socialised and comfortable around other dogs, but the difficulty has always been that Remus struggles to read body language and can fixate or follow too closely. The other dog that was there, Cuddles, usually finds this stressful and can become reactive around proximity or guard-y when either of my dogs walk too closely to the couch he’s on. This normally means constant management, separation and a lot of tension for everyone involved. This time was completely different. Remus wasn’t following him, wasn’t hovering and seemed far more settled in himself. Even more incredibly, Cuddles was visibly calmer and less reactive, much more relaxed in his space and far less on edge. For the first time, they were able to coexist peacefully without big incidents and without us having to constantly intervene. I can’t properly express the relief that brought. We’ve tried Adaptil, ThunderShirts and other calming aids before, and none have come close to this. I was genuinely shocked by how effective it was and incredibly grateful. These products have changed how our dogs experience the world and how we experience life with them, and I am very, very thankful to everyone involved in making them. I will absolutely be recommending this to others. Thank you for creating something that has made such a meaningful difference for our dogs and our family. (And honestly, the fact that the ducky diffuser is actually cute is just the cherry on top.)

For 14 yrs I’ve tried to housebreak my Maltese. Nothing worked. He has separation anxiety and would mark all over the house and sit at my back door howling until I got home. I am on my second diffuser and have a totally different dog. He rarely uses the house to urinate and is sound asleep in his bed when I get home. I consider Therapet a miracle and am a customer for the rest of my dogs life. This absolutely works as promised. I just ordered the spray to use in the car because now he’s anxious in the car.

To tell you the truth I was not expecting this product to work. I have a rescue dog and nothing would work to get him to stop peeing in the house. I even had blocked off areas to keep him out as he would pee! Well I decided to try this and it was like a miracle! On the second day after plugging it in, he just stopped peeing and started coming to me to tell me he had to go out! This was 3 months ago and he has not had any accidents in the house since then!

Got a 18 month old rescue cat that was afraid of everything. Ordered the cat defuser and it has made a huge difference in her anxiety. She is now coming for cuddles to me and sleeping next to me at night. She is also being more playful and coming out of her shell You have assisted with me gaining her trust and confidence.
