With 6 cats ages 18.5 years to 1.5 years, plus various foster kitties that have come temporarily and then been adopted through RemediosCatRescue [a 501c3 organization], we have relied on Therapet diffusers to keep things calm in our home. We had tried other sprays but this brand has been our go to for reliable cat behavior improvement.

I ordered these with a great deal of skepticism, thinking that nothing was going to work for my cats. At the end of 30 days, I am pleasantly surprised as the peeing outside the litter box has been reduced by about 75%. I still have one cat that is very stubborn and she keeps peeing outside the box but we will take 75% as it’s better than it was before. I am doing the subscription plan every 60 days and I will be a customer for a long time.

A product was forgotten in my shipment, they were very helpful about addressing the issue immediately. They were very friendly and understanding, they got back to me within a few hours of receiving my email. This is a Great Company!!

This product helped calm my 3 cat houshold down. One cat had been persistiently peeing on things. Ruined several chairs and a loveseat. Now there is no problem! My peeing kitty Lucky is lucky I found this product. I had tried a different brand and is didn't work nearly as well.

I found the customer service team very helpful and they helped me and get what I needed for Jazzy my 14 year old miniature dachshund. They replied to my message quickly, I didn’t have to wait days. I have found that the diffuser is working, Jazzy isn’t as anxious, I very happy with the diffusers

So grateful for the TheraPet solution! We have a very multi-cat home, and this keeps the bad behavior & stress at bay. Thank you!

Our doggie loves this defuser. It calms her and she tends to position herself close to it when she sleeps.

It simply works!! My two indoor Cats are like chalk & cheese..my boy is super chilled and my girl is a nervous wreck. She started peeing outside the litter boxes around 3 years ago and is driving us mad! This plug in and room spray are the only thing thats helped. She stopped completely for around 3 weeks..but has now started àgain although maybe one a week rather than every day. They seem to be a lot more loving with each other too, ànd both cats are getting on my lap more.. just subscribed now i know it works!
