I bought several of the diffusers and oil to help my dog. Both diffusers worked initially, then one of them stopped working the second day. I posted on a Facebook ad, and one of your CSAs contacted me with some troubleshooting ideas. I went through the process multiple times, but it still did not work. The CSA sent me a replacement, which is on its way. A company that actually stands behind its products in today's society where everything is disposable is a breath of fresh air. Well done and keep up the great work.

i have 3 cats - the older one is chased by the younger 2 and she was always on edge. Since using this product - she is no longer leaving a room or hiding every time one comes near her, which has been a beautiful thing to watch. They all 3 sleep on my bed now - they aren't grooming each other yet but i will take the win. I didn't expect this product to be so effective - but it is. I highly recommend.

This has made our home more relaxed almost overnight! We have 2 dogs and 1 cat with major separation anxiety and I feel so much better leaving them at home during the day now.

I have an 8 cat household, so ut gets stressful at times, this diffuser has helped tremendously! Everyone is calm and my male cat isn't marking his territory anymore, also momma cat isn't pcing and scratching as much. I have 5 cats, and between the stress and some one them not getting along, I was finding urine everywhere! After about two weeks of using therapet I noticed my cats stopped fighting. The males stopped spraying everywhere. I’m still battling spraying here and there, but not like before! I have only used it for one month, I’m hoping it gets better to where there is no spraying at all!

My Dachshund was tinkling in several spots in our home, and I had tried everything I Knew to do.
