Unfortunately, this item did not work for my cats, and the return process was not easy at all, they try to lowball you on a refund amount and you basically have to fight them to get them to give you the return instructions and return address. They also charge you a $9 fee out of the money they refund you and you have to pay for the return shipping. So basically, if you do not like the product or it does not work for your cats, they make the return process not appealing at all. They don’t really live up to their satisfaction guaranteed process very well if you ask me. The customer service team is really knowledgeable, very polite and professional at least.

Therapet was the third brand of diffusers used to try and bring some calm back two previously male best friends. I was about to give up but after a few days of use and certainly by the end of the week the cats were more tolerant of one another. So do they still fight? Yes, but not as brutally. My only complaint is that the liquid inside the diffuser doesn’t last very long and runs out after a few weeks of constant use. Wish they lasted longer.

I bought this and read the package warnings. Petroleum distillates harmful if swallowed. Not worried about the humans in my house swallowing it, but maybe breathing it. Should I take the cats food and water out of the room that I use it in? Seems that they shouldn't be eating or drinking it in either.

Update: I have been in communication with this company. Still haven’t received my item yet it’s out for delivery today! I will update post after receiving and testing product! This is solely based on customer service as I have yet to receive my product. I paid for 2 business day delivery. Today marks the 4th business day and have not received item. There is no number to call however I sent email and chat with no response. Why offer 2 day deliver take customer money and no response.

I can't give a review as i have not bought them as i wanted to look at the reviews. It seems to work on cats, i have 4 dogs and they are the most neurotic dogs i have ever had, so i going off the reviews from people i am not going to try it.

Still waiting to receive my order … placed over 2 weeks ago. Hope this really works once it does arrive.

First order came quickly, product worked so I ordered refills…no product yet, no interaction from company a little upset now. Order was placed 1/17/24 and deducted

I felt this item did not work! I notified the Company several times with no answer! I wanted a refund! When my daughter came over I told her about this! She tried it , and said it worked! You have to turn the lights off to see it working! It turns blue around the face. This was never mentioned in the instructions! I believe this is a reputable company! Since then they have reached out to me several times! They are refunding part of the money I spent, with my agreement!
