I purchased diffusers and refills in December 2023. When they arrived I plugged in 2 of them in different rooms. Soon after a burning plastic smell engulfed my house. On closer inspection I found that the diffusers I received are only to be used with 110-120v AC only. In Australia we have 240v. No wonder I could smell burning plastic. All the advertising on the website says that all orders will be suitable for the country it is being sent to. I have contacted the helpline, but have received no answer. The 30 day guarantee doesn't seem to be real either. You have to pay for the return on unopened goods, which will probably cost more than the goods.

I bought a cat calming diffuser and two refills. The first one I bought I plugged it in and my daughter commented that there was a smell like fresh paint. . I didn't notice at first but the next time I plugged it in and it warmed up immediately I noticed it. A mixture of paint and plastic. I wrote to the company customer service and good for them, they replaced it for me stating that strong smells should NOT be the case so basically admitting it was defective. The second one FINALLY arrived after weeks of waiting, today. I plugged it in ... and again, almost immediately the paint and plastic smell filled the room. It's so strong, not subtle at all. It's horrible. When I used Feliway there was no discernable scent at all. It also doesn't seem to do anything to make my cat more relaxed since he had been acting "stressed" eating too much, no interest in play. Just sleeps and goes out to the toilet and goes back to curl up. He's only 3 years old and seems as depressed as I am. The product is awful. Skip it and go for Feliway or try another brand diffuser. This one is definitely not what it claims to be at all. Three stars, only for the customer service level.

Received them yesterday so the diffuser had been plugged in nearly a whole day but found the bad smell wasn’t the liquid it was the diffuser plastic which was burning ☹️ Not great considering it’s a plug in! Now worrying about the liquid that’s in it if the plastic diffuser head is dodgy.

This is looking a lot like a scam. The ad I saw on FB shows cats fighting, and later cuddling with eachother, implying that the product will help with agression. However, the information included in the box clearly states that the product will not help with agressive behavior in cats. The address given for TherapetMD here on trust pilot is 30 N. Gould St. Sheridan, which turns out to be a town in Wyoming. Many scammers use that address according to the local paper. You can Google the address and see for yourself. The item arrived today, shipped from China, but I won't be even trying it as I have no idea what's in those bottles. I have requested a refund as they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. They did eventually give the 100% refund after first offering me smaller refunds, which I refused.

I was excited to receive my diffusers and give them a try. After a lengthy wait they arrived, I plugged one in in a large open space. The unpleasant burning smell was wafting throughout the main floor of my house and giving me a headache. The diffuser itself is not hot and seems to be working properly.

One diffuser was defective out of the box after waiting for weeks to get it, then had to wait days for a response only to be insulted and expected to jump through hoops for a cheap diffuser. Considering I spent almost a couple hundred I’d think they would try to keep a good paying customer happy. I’ll go with the competition now. I’ll never recommend anyone buy from this company ever!

After waiting 3 weeks I got one of two orders I placed one day apart. Second order can’t be tracked or found so I asked for a refund and get the run around. The product didn’t seem to make a difference to my cats fighting. I just want a full refund for my second order that I did not get. Be careful of this company, they are not trustworthy!
