Product works

So far the experience has been great! We had an issue/mixup with shipping address, and they handled it with great customer service care, and we took care of the issue for the next shipment right away. Also, so far the product is great, my puppy stopped "house accidents" in less than a week in conjunction with two units (and good training of course lol). Would recommend this to other dog owners for sure!

I was skeptical at first but my little dog has not peed on my rug since I started using this. I'm sold! It's been 2-3 months with no accident!

I have a highly reactive dog. She is a pound puppy so I don’t know what she has been through. The Therapet diffusers have settled her down a lot. The barking hasn’t stopped completely but I don’t want a silent dog either! Will continue to buy.

These people were very professional because I didn't have a clue in what I was doing. So I emailed a lady and I said I could not afford to keep paying for the refills and asked if she could cancel my subscription to. So she did that but because I had 2 new ones arrived they told me to keep them but offered me half the money back. So I was more than happy so I would recommend your service to anyone
