Disappointed in product and customer service. I ordered 4 diffusers, opened three. No light came on to indicate they were working. Contacted company TEN times, got compassionate, understanding, heartfelt response each time. But, "Tech Team" never contacted me. After the 5th compassionate, understanding response the "Refunds and Returns Team" never contacted me. I am out $108. I do not believe this company has a live person responding. No live person would write paragraphs of flowery words expressing their sorrow and disappointment that I am dissatisfied. Also, the questions asked of me indicated the person (?) responding was not familiar with the product components, shapes, or colors. 0rder #20271

Paid for my items and never received them. They kept giving me the runaround for a refund. Had to dispute with my bank. My order number is 15214. I’ve contacted them numerous times after their review and they never answer

Late delivery then defective diffuser. Used one week and diffuser was defective leaking oils down my wall onto my wood floors. Sent 2 emails to ask for a refund. They never even had the courtesy to responded to either email. They don’t stand by their advertisements!

I ordered this product paid for it and got a BS USPS tracking number that my Post Master said was not a good number ...I asked how long it should take from LA to NW Ohio and he said no more than 7days ....its been 9days and still getting the same line of BS ....oh it was sent out ....I asked for a refund bc I've yet to receive this product I paid for....False Advertising applies here . Our 2 cats both had different negative reactions. One became so paranoid, she took to hiding in a kitchen cabinet. The other became lethargic and all she did was lay on a kitchen chair and sleep. Neither one would come down the hall to our bedrooms, where they both would sleep at night. It's been over a month since we unplugged the diffuser, and they still won't go down the hall. I asked for a full refund, which they say they guarantee on their website, and got the runaround. I finally accepted 50%. This is not a trustworthy company.

I tried their cat calming diffusers. They did not work for my cats and emitted a terrible odor that was unpleasant to many people in the house. On their front page they boast 100% guarantee and full refund no questions asked if this product does not work for your pets. I initiated a return and refund and they direct you to their return policy that states they won’t take it back if it is open and used. So, you can try it and if you don’t like it money back on the guarantee, but you also can’t try to to get your 100% refund. This is false advertising and super misleading. They initially offered me a 30% refund. Then they said 40%. Now they are up to 50% citing their return/refund policy. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company at this point. Edit: After my review here, I received a full refund on my order #8274. However I will still leave my review as is due to the fact that it is indeed the truth and how their policy was implemented.

I had trouble tracking the order so I wanted to cancel also it was no longer needed. They wouldn't let me. So when I did receive it one don't work. I reached out to them only to get told I have to send video of defective item. My phone doesn't do video. So I have no way. And they won't fix it. This company sucks. I just wanted my refund.on both orders.
