Doesn't seem to affect my cats (no pheromone diffusers seem to work in my experience). Also has a smell that I find unpleasant. Gives me a headache and makes my eyes sting. Delivery also took a really long time.

Update: managed to make contact with this company through Facebook. They provided an email address to contact and they were able to provide updates on the order, but the tracking info link they shared continued to not work. The package arrived Dec 19 via USPS. According to the post office, the package was shipped from Alibaba, which is a Chinese wholesaler, often used as a dropshipper. The companies that sale through Alibaba have been known to make unauthorized duplicates of popular name brand items. I'm currently testing 1 of the 3, but being very cautious of this and will not be reordering. Placed order Nov 25, 2023. Received confirmation emails and a shipping notification on Nov 27. Attempted to track the order on Dec 6 but their website no longer works and the tracking number I was provided seems to be invalid. So either this business very recently closed with no warning or they did a great job at scamming me out of my money.

I have used similar phermone diffusers to calm my cat's anxiety and never had any issues with the other brands and decided to try this one because it wasn't as expensive. It makes a bad, burning smell that really bothers me. I am scared to use a product that emits a burning smell and has visible smoke coming up out of it. Not happy with this product and will be returning to my other brands.

I plugged in the diffuser yesterday and immediately noticed a burning plastic odor. I kept checking if it felt too hot but that wasn’t the case. I can’t stand the smell. Also, I can can only use one plug in the outlet due to the design. Hesitant to use the top plug due to the burning odor. It may work for my cats but won’t ever know.

My TherPet did not ever light up to be functional. Customer Service has been contacted several times. Automatic replies do not help me solve the problem. I have no idea if the actual contents are effective since the mechanical unit is not operational.

I ordered this product as a last resort for my anxious cat. Made absolutely no difference whatsoever so I asked for a refund. 17 emails later and all I get is automated responses, the chat us never on line. They are quick to take your money but do not honour the refund as promised. I have now had to put a claim through paypal.

The product does not work on my cats whatsoever. I asked my veterinarian about TheraPetMD and she said it's a complete scam and to freeze my credit card right away and get a new one.

The TherapetMD did not work for my cat. It made him more jumpy then he was. I sent 3 emails asking for a refund but nobody has contacted me yet and it's been over 3 weeks. I am dissatisfied with this product and company and would not recommend this company to anyone!!
