Hoping everything goes well. I have several dogs and one is male Hope this works for him.

This is the third time my daughter and I are buying this. We have two dogs both rescue both very anxious and this helps tremendously.

As of June 10th, TheraPet reached out and gave me a full refund for the misordered product I received and said there is no need to even send the product back! Thank you TheraPet...I happily rescind my 1 star review but I'm only giving you 4 stars because I believe the customer service I received initially needs improvement. A phone number with a live person would be FANTASTIC! On March 3rd 2026 I ordered the Therapet product for my dog. Before my order even arrived I realized I had somehow accidentally ordered the cat diffuser. I emailed them since there is no customer service number to be found. They replied that I could send it back for a full refund. When I asked how I needed to send the product back they went dark on me, although they continue to send me marketing emails every day. I was very excited about this product for my anxious dog but because of this I will not be ordering from them again and encouraged a couple of friends to buy from a different company.

I had an issue and I'm very pleased that it was quickly resolved very timely. Great company!!

After a couple of days using the therapet, I noticed that my one aggressive cat stopped attacking my other one, and was much calmer. I ran out and she is being very mean and marking again. So this is my 2nd order.

The defusers has brought calmness to all 7 of my cats. They seem to be more calmed down with each other. TKS, Happy Cat Momma.

I have 4 cats in total, 2 of them were born wild, their mum left them to fend for themselves from 5 weeks, so we took them in while the Tom cat Loki, was at ease within days but the female Mischief was always very scared, so we tried Therapet within a few days she started to carm down, now 4 weeks later she's a different cat, she still runs from people she doesn't know but with us she just wants to be cuddled and fussed i recommend this to anyone who has a fussy pet
