Bought 2 TherapetMD, and their Calming spray. After a week, my house smelled like death. Left them plugged in, for another week, but couldn't stand the smell. Neither product worked. Had 6 cats, picking on an older, declawed cat. Nothing changed. Worthless and a terrible smell.

I have ordered four refills and two diffusers. Received incomplete order. I can’t even try their product now. The provided email address seems invalid. Didn’t find any other option to contact the company’s customer service. Very disappointing.

This product doesn't work for my cat and possibly caused her fur to fall out where she was rubbing against it. They have a "hassle-free refund or replacement within this 30-day period." I have sent them 4 emails and 2 Instagram DMs asking for a refund but they are ignoring me and we're now outside the 30 day window. How convenient! Do not support this fraudulent business.

I bought two diffuser kits. Both are now defective. We plugged the first a few days before we went on vacation and it quit working before we left. Recently we plugged the second one in and it quit working within a few days also. On Shop app they had a poor review which I should have followed those reviews. Additionally their website says from Trust pilot that they have a 4.7. They actually have a 4.1 on your site. It has also been a challenge working with customers service. First issue was trying to get a tracking number once the product left China and the second issue is trying to work with customer service for a replacement. But now that BOTH my diffusers are no longer I am trying to get a refund.

I ORDERED FROM THEM ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. SUPPOSEDLY DHL IS THE CARRIER DOING THE DELIVERY COMING FROM SAN MARCOS TEXAS.

Scammers - won't ship your item FOREVER and are absolutely unable to be contacted through any channel. Attempting a chargeback. ** They finally contacted me - with an AI written email - that had no reference to any of my issues or any resolutions. STAY FAR AWAY

This has been an awful experience. Ordered over 15 days ago and they shipped my product to a different state and are not refunding me even though I never received my product. Horrible customer service.

I’m very upset… after 2 vet visits and out of $900. We realized it was the therapist MD that was making our cat sick. He wouldn’t eat nor drink. He only wanted to sleep. I only used one plug in. Where do I need to send the rest back to and what’s the process of a refund. I will NEVER use this product again. Therapet MD has turned my house upside down. No sleep thinking our fur baby wouldn’t make it through the night. Please respond on how I can get a FULL REFUND. 🚨UPDATE🚨 I was given a full refund after speaking with TheraPetMD. My fur baby is feeling better. He actually started acting better about 1 hour after I unplugged the TheraPetMD. I took him outside to get fresh air and he ate a little that night. By the next morning he was acting more like himself. This product may work for others it just wasn’t good for us.
