I ordered 1/17/2024, they took my money, never sent confirmation, tracking number, or order number. I contacted, after much searching, and was sent tracking number. All I get is that it reached carrier on 26th, but no further up dates. Sent a message and was told they are working on it, and please wait 48 to 72 hours, for a response. Then I sent another message and asked again for tracking and order number, they sent me back same response as the first time. Totally not happy.

We ordered a 3 pack of diffusers with 6 refills for our cats. Only 1 diffusers and 2 refills were delivered. There is no customer service number, only an email. I have tried to contact them twice by email with no response. Definitely feeling ripped off for our $80.

This product did not work for my cats at all. I even gave it the benefit of using it for 28 days. Personally, I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a total waste of money. I communicated with them before the 30 day window expired. All they have done is want to haggle and argue over the refund. I was really hoping this wasn't a scam but unfortunately, it seems like it is. I'm pretty sure they pay people to leave positive reviews. Probably all employees for 5 star reviews.

I ordered $54. + of defuser products for a dog on the 19th and it is now the 27. There hasn't been any communication with company. Tracker says its been in the same places 3 days. Hope its worth it.

Ordered a diffuser 1/15/24. Tracking number provided 1/17. It's 1/22 & no updates. Sent 2 emails to customer service. No response. No phone number to call. Tried messaging through Facebook tonight. Someone responded to my message 2 hours ago. And I am still waiting for an update. I think they're a scam. They have 24 hours to reply or I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.

We were given a 3 diffuser set as a Christmas present for our multi-cat household. I plugged 2 in this morning, 1 in the living room and 1 in the kitchen. They were significantly far apart, with 2 rooms in between. The living room is large and has a 10’ ceiling. They were plugged in for 2 1/2 hours. My daughter and I both smelled a sickly sweet smell, both had chest tightness, and were both lightheaded. We realized that all of the cats had passed out asleep within minutes of the diffusers being plugged in, and not a single one had moved at all, even to shift positions. We have unplugged the diffusers, cracked open windows throughout the house, are running 3 air purifiers, and have used inhalers on ourselves. The cats are finally starting to move around. They are swaying and their eyes are huge. They are gathering around the fresh air coming in, and one just sprayed the back door in the living room. There wasn’t even a diffuser by that door.

So I go to your website that says I can get the product with 50% discount, I follow a link and it asks me for my email, fine, that would normally be enough to get the discount, but NO! You ask for my phone number as well! You actually open my message app to send you a message from my app!!! Well, I don't want to do that, I go back and I simply add the product to the cart. The product page says I'm going to pay £28 instead of £40, that is very clear, that I add it to the cart and what the next lage says? that I'm paying £36 (or something like that). I'm sorry, do you really think that I want to try out the product of such a DISHONEST company????
