I’m a trapper and foster for a cat rescue and have many more cats here than I’d like sometimes. I have been through it all with aggressive kitties, stressed kitties, territorial kitties who want to mark everything and I’ve always used Feliway which really didn’t seem to make a difference no matter what the issue was. I tried Therapet and was very surprised at how quickly it works for all issues. I will never use Feliway again as it was more expensive and ineffective. I especially like the design of the Therapet Diffusers because I can turn them on and off. On really nice days when I want to open the windows I can turn them off and not waste product. Now, if you could just design a plugin diffuser that could be used in vehicles for transporting our fur babies to the Vet etc. I would be GRATEFUL and Ecstatic !!! Thank you for a great product!!

I have bought the product in the past and I do like it. It does help calm my restless (Dogs) when I am away, and I do not have a peeing problem with them.

TheraPet MD is very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. As for whether or not the product works. There is definitely a difference between having it and not having it. Without it my 3 guys are far more cranky with one another. Can’t wait for my refills to get here!

Placed a one time order to try product. I have uccessfully used pheromone products similar to this for kitties. Unfortunately, this product was not a success in calming my reactive Boston Terrier. He is a rescue and has issues that are more complex. My trial purchase was automatically transferred to a subscription w/o my agreement. My first awareness of this was when I received an unwanted supply if the product. Correcting my status and getting a refund for the product was challenging, however Therapet did honor my request to cancel my subscription and refunded the cost of the unwanted/unused product. My advice,when making any trial purcuase, monitor carefully so that you don't end up with an unwanted subscription. Vendors do not provide any warning when a single purchase converts to a subscription.

The product has helped to some degree . I have found that my dogs anxiety is so strong that my dog Sno has licked the defuser right off the wall . I wished that the company would had reached out to find out how it’s going and to offer a subscription. I’m ordering again and I don’t need another head plug in . I now have 3 heads I don’t need any more just want the bottle of liquid . As for the spray bottle I did not find it to be of much help . Sorry I’m buying more defuser because it helps in some degree . Still marking and everything else ,that is should help with but not with my Sno .

We have a small dog who has become anxious around 6 years old. Nothing has changed so we thought we would give therapet a try. The company is proactive and doesn’t send too many emails etc which we like. Delivery is as expected and communication is great.
