I am still on the fence about this product. I have a dog that wont stop urinating in the house. I purchased 1 diffuser and it has not detered my dog at all. I have purchased 3 more diffusers to see if that will help.

I'd love to give a review, but I still haven't recieved the product. I've been tracking it and it has been in Chicago for 8 days! Chicago is 4 hours from me...I should have ordered from Amazon instead of from the company 🙄

We have had the diffusers running since 12/9/25 and today is 12/22. Our 2.7 y.o. littermates had started chasing our 4y.o. before Thanksgiving after living together for over two years, and even moving to a new house without any problems. We aren't sure why this happened. Before getting diffusers we put calming collars on the two while they were boarded over Thanksgiving, and that seemed to help the boy chill out - he stopped chasing aggressively, but still gets puffy and will follow his sister when she chases. We got calming prescription food, and calming treats right before the diffusers arrived. The girl is still a terror. She attacks the 4yo on sight, causing her to hide under the sofa constantly. We finally separated them 50% of the time so the 4yo can come out. In any case, everything may have helped our boy, and helped the victim to bravely try and come out and join the family.... but the aggressive sister won't let her - so our problem of reuniting our family is still a big problem after two weeks with diffusers. Regarding the company itself, I ordered direct from TheraPet on 11/30. While they have a genuinely responsive customer service department, they did NOT ship to arrive in 2 days (expedited) like I paid for - or even 'standard' as advertised. They refunded the shipping - but the product didn't arrive for nearly a month. After waiting a full week, I ordered from Amazon on 12/6. Therapet did not use a mainstream carrier and the carrier was very hard to reach - but eventually told me the package was in customs - so it isn't shipping within the US. Three stars are for very responsive customer service and the fact that it 'might' have helped calm our boy, along with everything else. It has not mellowed out his sister one bit as of today, and I would not order direct with such long delivery times (not as advertised)

I have to say Therapet has really made a difference to my grumpy cat, who used to hiss at her sister every time they were in the same space. HOWEVER, I am having to change plug ins every 2 weeks, which is ridiculously expensive. I don't think they are designed for the British market with 230V electricity supply. Really disappointing so I won't be recommending them to my friends and family.

We've had a reduction in the number of peeing accidents, which is great. One of our (rescue) dogs is probably 17, so can't expect miracles. He also cries less when his dad isn't home. It used to be from the minute he left until the minute he came home. Now he naps for most of the time. Progress!

Unfortunately the diffusers didn’t work for my cat as he is still spraying indoors. I would have persevered; however, there is a very strong chemical smell from the diffuser which gives me a sore head! It also leaves a greasy film on the wall behind the electric socket. I thought it would be similar to Feliway with no smell apparent but the Therapet one is very strong. Expensive mistake.

Didn't work for our family.

Still practicing with it since we got it. All of our dogs have calm down. Even the most scared and fridge. Just one have all calm down and when it ran out I start seeing They, I’ve kind of get a little bit back to bed behaviors. Now we still do have some of the peeing in the house. I would say it’s not as much. But if it’s anything at all, it’s power for it between my two alphas but other than that still trying it gonna get more plugs and. I’ll let you know.
