Bought two diffusers with refills for my dogs. Does not work! Gave it 27 days and contacted the company. They communicated with me up until I told them I don’t want it and want a refund and don’t want a partial refund and now they are ignoring me. There is no guarantee on this. It doesn’t work and it has a very bad odor. I feel stupid for believing in this product and for believing in this company that would keep their word and guarantee. I’ve emailed many times and they have gone silent. I will now have to dispute the charge to my credit card. This is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed.

We bought two and on day one, nothing. So i said let’s give it a few days…. We are on two weeks and still having issues. It was a waste of money

I bought a 3 pack for $74. I have a neutered male cat that attacks my other 2 cats. I bought this hoping it would calm him down. It didn't. I gave it 29 days as you have a 30 day free trial period. I tried to contact the company through emails & live chat. All I wanted was the return address. They said they would be with me shortly. It has been 24 hours & I have not heard from them. Today makes 30 days. Am very disgusted! I do not recommend this product or this company at all!

I would have given this product zero stars if there was an option to do so before writing this review. It took two weeks for the product to reach me, and as soon as I received it, I plugged it in the exact spot where my one-year-old poodle likes to pee. Despite the claims that it creates a peaceful and calming environment to prevent peeing, it actually made him pee more. I am very dissatisfied with all the therapy hype around this product. To make matters worse, the advertisements via email and text from TherapetMD are ridiculous and non-stop. I received them within an hour of purchasing the product, despite having to wait for two weeks for it to arrive.

Maybe these work for cats, but I can tell you they don’t work at all for dogs. My one dog peed right under the diffuser and my other dog chewed a rug 10 feet away from it. Their website lists “30 day money back guarantee” and when I asked for a return and a refund, they offered a 45% partial refund. This company is a scam, do not waste your money.

Bought 2 kits on Dec 28,2023 They literally stole my money. Paid for my order, never received it, contacted customer service, at the beginning they were really nice answering and promising they would give me my money back. But it has been almost 2 months, and nothing have happened Now they don't even answer my text anymore.

I am in Australia and I was sent the wrong voltage adapter (as stated on the box and instructions). I messaged 4 times and was told each time someone would look into the issues. No one did and I had to keep chasing it up. After weeks and weeks of back and forth I was finally offered a partial refund. I was told the refund would be in my account in a few working days. This was 2 months ago and nothing. I have tried reaching out since then with no response. Absolute scam.

The diffuser received was defective.No customer service number to resolve issue. Also any return has a $9 restocking charge, which seems unusual for a defective product.
