I would like to share some positive feedback regarding the Therapet diffusers so that hopefully it can help owners of other cats, like it has helped us. Over the years we have had between 3 and 6 cats, most have been semi/feral cats who we have cared for and taken in, after checking to see if they were chipped and with their previous owners consent of course. We have used diffusers to try and calm all the cats involved while integration takes place and feeding/play/sleep patterns are formed. Until I had heard about Therapet, the only real option we had was Feliway, which you can buy at any pet store in the UK and we thought they were working ok. Since using Therapet, our 10 year old ginger cat, who has always been a bit nervous and would leave the room if you entered it, has stopped this and will remain in the room with you, he has never done this until we started using Therapet, he now eats without running away and we have noticed this difference quickly, thank you. There is a slight smell to the diffusers, but nothing too strong or offputting We did get these to 'try' and which is why we didn't want to subscribe, as we have taken in a 5 year old cat, who we had to get neutered and vaccinated due to him not going home for 2 years and his owners not being bothered with him, he has now been signed over to us and he has calmed down a lot. He is good with the ginger 10 year old cat, our 15 year old black dominant cat is fine with him as long as the 5 year old leaves him alone, but the 5 year old (Archie) wants to play with them all, all the time and our 2 year old hand reared cat, who is very tame, is scared of him and doesn't understand that when he chases him, he wants to play. Hopefully the diffusers will help then interact better but considering we have only had these a week or so, the results are great already. UPDATE, Now that they have been in effect for 3 weeks or so, i can clearly say that the results are great and we are really happy not to have spooked cats or confrontations between our cats We are moving house in a few weeks and wanted to test these before we move, we currently have 3 of the 4 we ordered plugged in and will be ordering some more as moving is stressful for us and the cats. I am placing an order for refill replacements today

I have used other pheromones, but this is the one that really makes a difference. We are a rescue group with a very large cage-free cat population. Introducing cats is made much easier with this product. I have recommended it to adopters and to our veterinarian.

The customer service with the team was amazing. Love the product and had an issue and it was resolved so quickly . Will definitely continue purchasing as not only is the product great but the service behind the scenes is great.

This product is amazing!! Have purchased this before because of separation anxiety. My dogs would urinate in our bedroom every time they were left alone. I saw Therapet on line and tried it. It was awesome!! My dogs just slept on the bed the whole time. No more messes!

My dog is potty trained and has a dog door so he’s free to go out anytime. However, we board dogs for people and I noticed he seems to pee when we have visitors. We had him neutered and with addition of these plug ins it has drastically changed that behavior.

Here’s the back story. I have two brother Boston terriers that were rescued 6 weeks prior to Covid. They were 1 1/4 lbs each. I nursed them with make up sponges and formula around the clock and carried them in my robe for bonding. Covid hit. They were with us 24/7. Once we could work, we had to double down and make up for lost business. They are 6 yrs old and have pee wars. Every where. All I did was mop the floors. Sanitize where they creatively would find to pee. Most would have rehomed these lovable A-holes as Bostons are known to be anyway. Apparently, they were more stressed than I realized because THEY ARE NOT PEEING ANYWHERE since I put these plug ins all over the house. I finally have hope. Six years of this. There wasn’t a spot that wasn’t fair game to them. My house is literally fenced and gated every where. It will be so nice to not open & close or walk thru pet fences. I consider this a miracle and finally have hope of a normal life with these two lovable boys.

I find the website easy to navigate and find exactly what I need at a few clicks. Making the buying experience simple and effortless. I am a returning happy customer, my pooches love their plug ins.
