I wanted to say great things but their delivery system failed and then they don't care if it isn't them. I ordered and paid for expedited shipping of the items purchased. We got 2 out of three items and then we had to move and could not wait. They were not willing to give a refund as we never recieved the 3rd item. Their responce, well we will refund the shipping but see if someone at the old address can ship it to where you are now. That makes no sense since you are the ones that failed to get it to me by when I paid for it. Now also trying to get anyone it has been a week with no responce. Horrible customer service.

We were so excited to recieve this product only to be disappointed as it had no effect on our dogs at all. I ordered for my daughter's pups who she has had a problem with relieving themselves inside even after being outside for a long time. She put it in 2 places in the house and it did absolutely nothing. Very frustrated and wasted my money becasue it was not cheap.

I have been waiting 22 days for these defusers and refills for our shelter pup we rescued in November who has anxiety and PTSD. These were supposed to be here 4-8 days and I ordered them March 29th. I get emails back once in a while and they all say the same thing. That they will look into it find out what’s going on and let me know within 48 hours. A days go by I email again and they say the same thing so I keep waiting another 48 hours which has turned into 22 days of waiting, I’m beyond frustrated with these people. They are never finding a solution or trying to fix it just empty words over and over again. Several different times I heard that back and still waiting 3 weeks after they told me they were going to let me know. Very bad customer service.

I so agree with the person who rated on customer service. I have tried sending emails, live chats and would try calling but there's no phone number to call. NO response after multiple tries. I am trying to find out where my shipment is. The last email from the 8th says waiting for delivery status to be updated by carrier. I have no clue what method it is coming by so I can't even try to find out status on my own directly from the source. This is really making me lose faith in this product since these people don't provide squat for customer service. How good can the product be?

Has not helped in my household, I have 7 cats. 2 female 5 males all fixed. I purchased 3 units with 12 refill containers

Our cat was weeing everywhere - and I mean EVERYWHERE - and I tried Therapet in utter desperation. We received our two diffuser packs (2 storey home) about 6 weeks ago. We noticed a small improvement in our cat's marking behaviour, which was a positive. A downside was that about 5 weeks after the diffusers arrived, one of them started leaking the pheromone mix, instead of diffusing it. Every day we noticed a puddle of oily liquid on the bench under the diffuser. I contacted the company about it but was told that because it had been successfully delivered over 30 days ago, it was now outside their "system's" ability to send a replacement, even though the product was faulty. Genuine companies send replacements for faulty items. Scam companies do not.

None of the three 60 day starter kits will illuminate. Tried to contact MULTIPLE times with email and chat with NO response. So I’m stuck with them. Costumer support is terrible. So they got my money and I got defective products. Going to toss them.

We tried two diffusers on our two older dogs. Absolutely no effect on anxiety or accidents in the house. They say to give it time, so we did. Now they say it’s too late to return any of it. What a scam. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Customer Service might be a bot based on my experience
