Therapet is a good product as far as my new cat is concerned. I tried Feliway, but it had no effect, she continued to urinate on my carpets. I had read many reports of the success of Therapet, which outweighed the failures. I decided to try it, especially as it costs a lot less than Feliway. I am glad that I did. Within a week of plugging in the 2 atomisers my young female stopped urinating in the house and began going outside, even ignoring the litter tray. I continued to use Therapet, as advised. Unfortunately it turns out that I am allergic to the product. I found the smell difficult to tolerate and it gave me a headache which subsided when I switched the atomisers off. They are now off permanently. Fortunately my cat continues to go outside for her toilet. I have cancelled my subscription but I will use the product whenever I go out for long periods because my little one seems to have a slight separation issue and Therapet calms her, I am pleased that I tried Therapet, it worked for my kitty if not for me.

Therapet is a trustworthy company with great customer service. The cat diffusers really do make a difference in our 5-cat home. We can always see an immediate change in their personalities if we forget to replace the diffuser refills in a timely manner.

I’ve tried everything to keep several cats from pooping in the floor and nothing worked. I didn’t want to spend money on something else that wasn’t going to work but I gave it a try. At first it wasn’t working and I was upset with myself for wasting money for nothing. These are cats that I brought in from outside to keep them from getting pregnant, I plan to get them fixed as money comes available. they are very skittish and always fighting. After about a month or so they stopped pooping in the floor and started using litter boxes, they rarely fight anymore and seem so much calmer. I did however change to a cheaper litter and got some disposable liners. So maybe that helped as well but I had also tried different litters before and they didn’t work so I’m pretty sure that I 100 % believe it is the theapet. I just know that I am so thankful for not having to clean up anymore poop in the floor. 😁

I have 13 cats so tensions can run high every once in a while. I have used Feliway, Comfort Zone, and now Therapet. Therapet by far works the best of the three, in my opinion. I didn’t really see any results from Feliway at all. Comfort Zone helped somewhat, but when I used Therapet, I noticed a difference almost immediately. The other day I noticed more unhappiness in my feline friends, and when I checked my diffusers, they were empty and needed replacement. Give Therapet a try — it works!

My rescue dog would have incidents of peeing when she was nervous so I saw this advertise and it's been 4 months of using it and no accidents! I have it in the 2 rooms that she spends the most time in and it worked!

Product works! Customer Service by far is one of the best I’ve ever worked with as they get back with you quickly, and resolved my problem easy, peasy!!
