Deceptive refund tactics
The product didn’t work so I contacted them for a return within their 30 day risk-free window for the 100% refund advertised on the product page. They tried to tell me I had to pay a $9 restocking fee. I told them I would be paying so such fee. My “non-refundable $9 restocking fee” vanished after pointing out that the U.S. Bureau of Consumer Protection exists to protect consumers from things like deceptive business practices. TL;DR: If it doesn’t work for your pets, return it and don’t agree to pay a restocking fee.
