Service is excellent. Wrong diffuser was issued to UK but they picked up error quickly. New diffuser send ASAP. They reply to questions promptly. Cats seem to be calmer after plugging in diffuser.

I have a 3 year old silver male tabby. Appox a couple of years ago I brought a little female kitten home, I thought she would be company for Goose He was ok with Elsa for about 12 months,she is a lovely affectionate cat. It was a very sudden change, Goose began to growl,hiss then attack her, this was happening all the time and he got quite visiou towards her I tried so many calmers none of them worked that also includes feliway. Ok i thought we will try therapet and to my surprise it worked he is now my calm baby So thank you very much Therapet and Elsa thanks you to.
