The product works great. I did ask a question of the site, and they did not respond for days. I ended up re-ordering the product without their answer, and then they finally did respond. Also, if offered free shipping but you want the product as soon as possible, don't pay extra for faster shipping. The extra payment shipping took more than a week to arrive. And they don't send an email when you order, so you have to go back to their site to track your order.

At first I thought it was really great cuz she wouldn't bark at anyone but now she barks not as bad but she still does it so I don't know why it's not working do I need to up press the button and up the spray or I don't know

We have multiple cats, two of which have been fighting and territorial. This has caused some stress for the others and some urinating outside the litterbox as well. We ordered enough diffusers to cover the main areas of the house and the tension areas. It's only been two days, so it's too early to know if the diffusers will help with the fighting and territory wars, but it does seem like the cats are all a bit calmer. I took off a star because whatever carrier oil they use for dispersing the pheromones seems to irritate my airway a little bit, and my house smells like popcorn after plugging them in. I don't love therapet's marketing style, but I'm willing to try this out and see if it works. When I emailed customer service about an issue after ordering, it took them about a week to respond. However, they were very helpful when they finally did respond.

I love these diffusers i have 4 cats at home & i was having a lot of trouble with peeing throughout the house, destruction of furniture & fighting. Using these the peeing has stopped completely & the other behaviors have significantly lessened. I originally got 2 diffusers, one for each level of our home. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that my upstairs diffuser was overheating, melting the plastic & going through the solution a lot faster. It obviously wasn't safe to use so i stopped using that one & contacted the company. I was hoping they would just replace the defective diffuser itself but despite only having it for 2-3 months they said they couldn't replace it. They offered me a 20% discount but it was only valid on full price items & to make matters worse there is no way to order only a diffuser; I had four bottles of the solution laying around. Even with the 20% discount the price of the diffuser kit with the solution was still more than the subscription price if I were to purchase a new one that way. Not to mention we have been going through some financial hardships lately and you would think that since I'm going to keep ordering the solution, if I have one diffuser on each floor that means I'm going to be buying more solution it would end up benefiting them to stand by me & replace my defective diffuser. despite all of this they refuse to do anything else to help me I cannot purchase a diffuser by itself I cannot use the 20% on top of a new subscription discount so it's still like $30 to get a new diffuser so needless to say we only have one downstairs now because I can't afford to replace the upstairs one. They were very friendly when I spoke to them and offered their empathy but very little action was offered with that.

This product really works, I would recommend this product to anyone who been experiencing problems with their dog potty training it really helps them. IT helps with anxiety issues as well. I see a actual difference in my entire household it keeps everyone in the house calm...lol ..great product.I highly recommend this to everyone.

I'm ordering additional diffusers. I believe they have helped calm my kitties and decrease the "accidents. This website was easy to use.
