I believe it works for my dog marking his territory. Since I plugged it in my dog has not peed in the house when it ran out he peed. I put a new one in and he has not peed in the house. So I have to believe it works

We wanted to try TheraPet because our 12 year old fur baby was feeling stressed due to some changes in our household and was peeing outside her litter box. Since we have been using TheraPet she has been feeling more relaxed but on occasion will still pee outside her litter box but it's not as frequent. We're very happy with the results and highly recommend it to all cat owners.
