It did what it said it would do and helped my dogs not urinate inside. Just watch the unit for possible leakage.

Well we my husband and I are still looking forward to our baby BIBI GRADNEY HE IS 6 MONTHS OLD ON THE 22ND OF OCTOBER 2024. SO HE IS JUST A BABY AND WE ARE TRAINING OUR BABY BOY OK.BUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE HE WILL POOP OR, TINKER TINKER ON THE FLOOR. BUT WE STAY ON HIM YES, YES, YES.

I am not sure how this works but it seems to be helping my 5 year old Shicon. He did not have an accident until the diffuser went dry. I've ordered refills to keep it going. They only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I want to see if it continues to work.

This product really helped with crate training. My puppy rarely cries at night anymore, she settles quickly when I put her to bed in the evening and is quiet until morning. We all get a good night sleep now!

I've ordered twice not from Therapet, and have received the diffusers in a reasonable time frame. Just need to plan ahead and make sure your order before you are actually out of the product! I'm still observing my cats, but I do believe it is an improvement. One of the new diffusers wasn't working ( I was unaware) I noticed one of my cats doing more unwanted scratching...Then I discovered the diffuser had a broken internal stem. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and updated me with how they were going to resolve the issue. After seeing photos of the damaged unit they immediately authorized new product to be sent. They were very apologetic and assured me they would make it right. I will continue to do business with this company!
