Exceptional Customer Service
I first saw ad's for Therapet on Facebook, which caused me to both check them out & be cautious. But we were also at our wits end with our sweet cat Henry. He had started having issues not using the litter box. So I decided to give the defuser a try. I plugged it in and by the end of the day I was excessively congested & must have sneezed at least 100 times, not exaggerating. I sent customer support an email asking if they had any reported issues with people having an allergic reaction to their product. I was surprised when they got back to me within the hour and that their main concern was my wellbeing. I informed them I had unplugged it and that I was going to wait 5 days & try it again to see if I got the same reaction. They loved the idea and wanted me to let them know how it went. During those 5 days they emailed me 3 times to see if I was feeling better, which I was. On the 5th day I plugged it back in and waited. This time I had no reaction, so it seems the first time was likely something else in my house that caused my issue. They have amazing customer service that go above and beyond! But the best part is the defuser has worked for Henry. The first week it was plugged in we had one incident but we haven't had any issue since. Our family is very thankful we tried their product. Henry is a very loved member of our family & we are so glad we found something that has helped him.

I have had my plugs in a week and my dog is visibly calmer. I just worry about leaving it on when at work as it seems to get quite hot? Anyone else experiencing this? Still weeping at night but hopefully this will lessen.

The diffuser is designed with safety in mind and is made to withstand temperatures up to 240°C. It's also safe to leave plugged in continuously, even when you're not at home.

This product really works.
The Therapet Dog Diffuser really works. I use to have to clean up urine in my living room every time I left home. Now because of the diffuser I have not stumbled upon anymore pee puddles. There was a little delay in my last order and the TherpetMD team got me my products. Thank you.

This works and so does Customer Support!
I ordered therapet diffusers after my yorkie had a uti and kept having accidents in the house. They worked! I ordered 6 refills because I didn’t want to run out. I received an empty package. I took pictures and video, one corner of the package seemed to have been opened, and emailed the company. Even though it was the weekend I received a quick response and I sent the pictures and video. Customer Service was awesome and sent replacements for my order immediately. Not only does the product work but the company is also great!

So far so good
So far so good! When I initially received my order I wasn’t sure the plug-ins were working because there is no appreciable scent to humans and they don’t “puff” into the air like air fresheners do. I reached out to customer support via email and received a very prompt response suggesting that I take a look at them when it was dark in my house to determine if the very soft light was visible. Lo and behold, there was a soft glow coming from the device that is so faint that it not noticeable at all during the day. My pups (we have 3) have seemed very relaxed ever since. I’m hoping to see a big improvement in the anxiety peeing from our little one although I do think he is doing it less than he had been. It’s only been a week so time will tell.

Our Burmese car breeder recommended…
Our Burmese car breeder recommended Therapet as an alternative to Feliway when our Burmese sisters started to get stroppy with each other once they hit 4 years old. We ordered the diffuser with refill plus another duo pack of refills. When the order arrived we noticed one of the refills was less than half full so I took photos and contacted Therapet. I had a quick response and they have replaced the product so we are very happy with this company. Thank you
