From hiding to playing in 24 hours!
My daughter just adopted a 5 year old cat, who, though really sweet, was very skittish. She couldn't seem to coax her out from under the bed for more than a few minutes, even though the sweet kitty looked like she really wanted to be pet. I had seen your ads on Facebook and Instagram, so told her I would send Therapet to her to try. The shipping was a little delayed, but she plugged it in as soon as she received it on Monday night. TUESDAY NIGHT, little Jherzee not only came out, but jumped up on the couch and played for the longest she had been out in the 10 days since my daughter adopted her! She seemed relaxed and happy. She still has a few skittish moments with sudden noises or movement, but that is the nature of cats! Also, since I had paid for expedited shipping but it was not received on time, I requested a refund of the extra shipping charge. The customer service rep, Paul, was attentive and prompt, making sure I was refunded the extra charge, and wishing my daughter's kitty the best.
