I had a question about the diffuser and sent an email to their support website. They responded quickly and gave me the answer I needed. Very professional & responsive. Just plugged it in last night. So far so good.

The customer service was great when I thought their product wasn’t working. Here’s the tip they gave me, plug it in in a dark room instead of during daylight hours. I had cupped my hands when I first plugged it in and thought it didn’t work. After contacting them, I plugged it in in a dark room and I finally could see the light.

It is too soon to determine if it is calming my dog who is afraid of every noise. I can however vouch for customer service. I had it plugged in for a few days and did not see the light indicating it was on. I contacted the company and was immediately contacted by John who gave me many things to try to see if it was on. His response was surprisingly fast. I’m kind of embarrassed because it was the electrical outlet. I’ll write another review later once I see if it helps calm my dog.

Customer service is second to none! I ended up placing a larger order than planned with an extra offer. I have two female cats that don’t care so much for each other lately, hoping this helps them be friendlier. Paul in customer service answered my emailed questions before I even became a customer! Pricing is much better than a different brand, my order should be here soon and I can’t wait to try the product!
