These have helped my anxious kitty so much!! She has a thyroid issue that makes her spicy sometimes and these have calmed her down a lot. She’s seems so much more happy and calm. I actually get to sleep at night now! They also have excellent customer service. One of my refills arrived broken and I emailed them to see if they’d send me a replacement. They responded with a couple hours. All I had to do was send a picture of the broken refill and they are sending me a replacement. They were really nice and helpful. I highly recommend trying these for your stressed out kitties!!

I'm trying this product because I'm having horrible time with my one French Bulldog urinating in the living room. We've moved recently and I think the stress is getting to her. I received their product and was anxious to try it. When I push the button to turn it on it didn't appear as though it was working so I contacted customer service as indicated in their instructions. They got back to me within 24 hours and explain to me that the light was very faint and hard to see sometimes. I went into a darken room and lo and behold it was working! I let them know and I appreciated it and I can't wait to see how this helps

It works well, no accidents since it plugged in. It did not work well in the beginning as the light is very little but customer service to rescue. They have been very explanatory and helpful and very quickly issue was resolved and me and puppy are both happy customers:)

Let me start with I have a feral cat that is afraid to come downstairs due to a young and lively almost two year old kitten. I recently went from one diffuser to three downstairs. Last night, my feral made an appearance and wild kitty just remained calm and in his bed. We were all quite pleased. So, my message is don't hesitate to try these out. Also, customer service is on task and responds very quickly. On Feb 18th I had an issue with price and it was cleared up in a few days. They are extremely helpful and understanding and gave me a discount on my order. ORDER NOW!!

I was uncertain if my Therapet device was operating properly and emailed for support. Within a few hours I received a thorough summary of how to troubleshoot. Included in the response was a Utube video on the devise. Needless to say the device was operating as designed. Many thks for the excellent support to the Therapet Team!!
