I purchased your diffuser and refills to try out the "double pheromones" advertised versus other competitors that release only one pheromone, to see if there was any difference in effect with my three felines. Although I've been using the diffuser for only a few days, I do notice my more "feral" cat PK is seeming to be a bit "calmer," allowing me to approach him - and even pet him! - with less anxiety and fear. Also, there seems to be less fighting amongst my tribe, and friendlier responses.
