Multiple dog household, noticed there was a decrease in potty accidents in the home.

At first I was disappointed that it was taking so long to get my order. Finally I emailed you and from that point on Khesy took over and did an awesome job of apologizing and then getting right on it and kept me posted as to the status and I am now expecting my order any day. Thank you Khesy.

This product does seem to deter my little teddy bear from marking in the house. I would recommend it.

When I first received the unit I didn't believe it was functioning because it didn't light up the way I expected. I contacted Customer Support and they responded quickly with details on how to make sure I had set it up correctly. Following their instructions I realized it was functioning. Not sure it has altered the snits some of my 4 cats get into, but time will tell.

So far i don’t know if it is helping. Tilly seems a bit more subdued but will give it a chance. At first i didn’t know if the diffusers were working so I contacted the company. Before they could respond I saw the light in the dark. Nothing happens overnight. Ordering and shipping were great. Customer service is just as great. The response to my email came the next morning. Will let it all play out for now. Hopefully Tilly will get the bathroom part down. I do know she goes to the diffuser and smells it. The other brand i had when she sniffed it, she curled her nose. That is a plus.

This worked! I was at the end of my hopes, 7 cats and suddenly one starts peeing EVERYWHERE! I noticed some aggression from his brother ( my cats are all between 6 and 7y/o). Clean bill of health. So I thought I would try this. I had all of our furniture covers in plastic protectors, and they peed on those. After about 5 days we noticed that the instances had decreased by about 75%. After 2 weeks, 98%! I have 4 diffusers as I have a family room in the basement. WE cannot smell it, but the cats must! It is expensive, but so is the pet spray I was ordering. ( THAT is also an amazing product.). The dumbest part was the “free gift”…. One would think that if I ordered 5 diffusers they would throw in an extra refill, but no. It is a guide to download. Bad business when you make so much on your product. But the product worked for our household. I do not use scented warmers or sprays, maybe that helps in the process.
