Attention potential buyers! Beware of this product—it caused serious health issues for my dog. He became extremely lethargic and had a persistent cough. While they claim to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, the reality is quite different. Customers are forced to cover return shipping costs and endure a lengthy approval process before receiving any refund. I've also been unable to access my account, leaving me unable to remove my payment information or modify my subscription. I strongly urge you—DO NOT PURCHASE!

this product did not work on my pets and they are still peeing as usual even on the spots I have sprayed.I spent 62.96 and would like a refund. How do I return leftover products

Customer service is non-existent. There is no phone number, you can only contact the company via email. I made a purchase 6 days ago and I have not received any shipment notification. The tracking still reads "hang tight, we're working on it".

I have been in the vet business for 41 years. I tried the cat diffuser after a client had said it worked for her cats. At my house it did NOTHING! I put the diffusers in every room and the one cat that needs it continued to pee outside the box and bother the other cats. I have tried every product out there and had hope for this product but again it did nothing.

I am waiting for confirmation of my order! Bad form taking my money and no correspondence???

I purchased a two month supply of their diffuser aroma therapy product which was advertised to help reduce anxiety, barking and peeing in the house. Instead our puppy took to peeing right on the floor in front of it, barking at it several times a day and showing no signs of improving. We tried to extend our trial to use the whole two month supply and give it as much chance as we could to work. When I realized it was not going to do so, I contacted the company and requested a refund. As expected, they stood by their 30-day refund policy and denied my request. So many companies create these iron-clad policies and provide no real customer service at all. Put this one on your watch list and think long and hard before you buy. I think they promise too much and deliver too little

I am attempting to get a refund because the product simply did not work. I emailed the company and spoke with someone ONE TIME. They asked what was wrong. I explained my reasoning and told them I wanted a refund. No response. Three emails later still no response. I am attempting to dispute the charges now. Terrible customer service. Not to mention their Facebook page has a fake phone number.

Don't waste your $. Diffuser did not work. In fact their directions actually address what to do when the diffuser doesn't work - so it's clear they have issues. Customer service was not helpful. Ever wonder why the majority of their good reviews are anonymous??? This is shady company, with a functionally defective product.
