Great product. My 4 cats are soooo much happier, and are getting along a lot better. Shipping took about 3 weeks. That's my only complaint.

I just received the product and have just started using it but wasn't sure that it was working correctly because I didn't see the light.The customer service was excellent I received an email immediately telling me what to do then a follow-up email and when I replied back to them they thanked me right away and to let them know if I had any other questions. It is hard to find good customer service like that!

We have a young, anxious cockerpoo, and these diffusers really work for her. We've used them for months and notice changes in her level of settledness if it runs out! I'd definitely recommend giving them a go if you're curious as to whether they could make a difference for your dog.

wasn’t expecting much, but i’ll admit i was wrong. my cat used to be super territorial and would get aggressive if another cat even looked at his food bowl. since using these plugins, he’s way more relaxed. he still has his bossy moments, but overall, he’s just… happier. i’ll take it.

I always read reviews and saw that this product had great ones. So I ordered the product still kind of skeptical. But within minutes of it arriving and plugging in, all 5 of my large size dogs (3 intact males & 2 females - 3 of which are pitts other 2 Australian Shepards) were fast asleep. To say this is a life saver is an understatement. The normal day was always playful growling between them all constantly. Rough housing if you will. Now when they play they literally do it quietly. Something you’d have to see to believe. It’s a day and night difference. They are so calm and more frequent naps. It’s awesome!!

Therapet are great products that actually work! They are more effective than Feliway here in Australia and their shipping is prompt.

i tried this for my rescued dog who has always been a little on edge. within a few days, i noticed he was less jumpy, and after a couple of weeks, he was way more relaxed overall. i really didn't think it would make this much of a difference.
