I didn't realize that you had to order the diffusers separtely but I found it extremely easy to order them on the web site. I'm waiting on them to be able to start using them.

Great customer service. I installed 2 diffusers during the when they arrived. Didn't see the light that would indicate units were working. I emailed the company and recieved a response later that same day! Apparently, the light is soft and low so as not to bother the animal. I just couldn't see it during bright daytime hours. 🙃 Too soon to review if diffusers help our squirrely cats but am hopeful!

My dog used to get so upset when i left, even for a short time. After a few weeks of this, he's way calmer. Doesn't even whine when I grab my keys anymore. So much less guilt when I have to go out.
