In no time, the refund was processed and the situation was resolved. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and the quick response time provided. I can’t wait to receive the diffuser, so I can try out the product. If it’s anything like their customer service, I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.

I tried two other brands before I found therapetMD for my cat. It really had a good impact on him compared to the others. When he started acting out again I noticed that the diffuser bottle was empty! Definitely reordering this one. Helped with one of our cats' aggression and spraying.

The customer service is awesome! I thought my diffuser wasn't working and so I emailed them AND they emailed right back! Turns out the light is not very bright and I didn't see it in the light of day. Super nice folks! The best part is that the product really makes a difference. I have a new rescue dog.
